Is this the person who did not want the CO job when the current one was fired for securities fraud accusations (18 lawsuits starting soon) and the stock crashing under his watch? I love how they paid off Z ratings to put a good spin on the awful numbers. If you read the numbers they couldn't be worse and then z* releases press releases with headlines like "Resideo beats expetations" and then you read the article and its like they made a little bit of profit in one tiny area of the business while 99% of the rest of the business hemorrhaged money and customers. unbelievable
Interim CFO Rob Ryder signed on to stay another month through June....see if he lasts any longer!
