Dude don’t fall for the trolls . It’s not the Cablevision way to treat our network and customers this way . Ever since Altice took over they’ve stripped this company to bare bones . Everyone’s bin treated like sh– since day one . Hopefully they sell soon and maybe we can rebuild what they tore dawn . Much love from Jersey boys. Stay safe..!! 🇺🇸
Us hillbillies in Texas were able to actually take care of customers til they put us on the jacked up cablevision platform. How is it possible you were in business so long with the pos software and procedures? Cablevision people got put in charge and would not consider for a second that the billing and order platform would not work for the west. They shoulda let some hillbillies take the lead, maybe it wouldn't take orders weeks to complete and our neighbors might not want to choke us everytime they see the truck. We have to put up with your attitude daily and then mgmt tells us to give you a break, it's just a different culture. Tell us to cover for you and go behind you and fix things. So sick of it.
