DMC doing what it does best; Lay off all the experience and try to tread water with what's left. Moving PGL's over areas they know nothing about. Leaving groups alone that don't add any value to the bottom line.

DMC always been that way, management s—s clueless going to be the down fall of it all.
Yeah starting to reassign workers to other areas to make room for the buddies and if they don't want to go they get booted.
