No surprise, Ford credit is a shambolic place to work. Management is clueless and nepotism is in every single department. This year in February one manager of wholesale appointed as a role model her best friend and lodger, and last year the executive's daughter climbed rapidly the company ladder and she was appointed team leader in the customer service department. The staff turnover is so high that people continuing to change over the floor every 3 months. They should process customer's documents and give correct answers through the phone to the dealers, but because of most the employees are new, they have no idea of what they are talking about. Moreover, the direction had a brilliant idea to put on a table on board, and basically on public display the employee's metrics, it is no difficult to figure out of which level of stress has been reached among these poor souls. All this happens in the head office in Manchester U.K. Due to the poor management and toxic culture Ford has just the result which deserves.
