Rainy Day Fund? Immelt and Ruh spent that trying to build Predix, an experiment that should have never gotten started.
Aviation has enjoyed record profits in last 10 years why didn't they have a rainy day fund ? When bad times come the inept executives just turn to cutting US staff and offices.
