The mindset of the previous reign brought these costly Tin Barn Mansions shocked they were not named after the Western Co boys. Somehow their lack of vision or need if ego boosting this is the costly mistake made. I would guess they thought the new oil boom would never bust?
From that build build build buy buy buy mentality brought in by attending a sh– course in business think BLD. From that series of basic business annuity spreadsheets and perception of buying a mom and pop operation to install HR Account Managers Shop Foreman Materials all just overhead and most important a Real Estate department that will spend thousands on a facility that never needed it. Yet H learned to spend the hard earned money on whims. These whims created a monster that poor Jeff being trained by Dave the only path to success was buy buy buy. The current Employees and future can only hope Jeff will avoid the mistakes of the previous regime .

I lost my job Monday after almost 10 years. I get it ot had to happen. With no drilling and oil at all.time.lows there is no work. It s—s. But its what happened. Don't blame executives for the world issues.
I have never seen such waste, as this company thinks it’s a normality to operate in such a manner. Maybe I’m old school, but the things I’ve witnessed hardly makes any sense. To throw away, so you can buy more. Let some others worry about cost, it’s not my department , it’s not my problem. The allowed laziness, the fake pro active in safety, when they’re reactivate in safety. I will miss my job, I was lucky not to be part of what I just listed. But as a good coworker once said when he was let go “ I will not miss the stupidity of it all”.
