icims layered up so much, trying over the past year to puff-up and pass the 1000-employee mark... But, Now useless directors and managers are freaking out. Gone are the days of doing but grandstanding to talk without saying much of value. The pressure to be relevant is palpable. People are scared becuz they know days on payroll are numbered. Sorry for the rough adjustment to come
