Many non-citizens are still working/supporting critical systems at the company. How can this be ?
Not only are they being trained and educated by the company but are afforded the same working conditions as laid off employees. The company promised to provide jobs to US citizens for massive tax breaks. The company makes most of their revenue from the USA then hires H1B workers. More kyosei bull.
