So far the call centers has been safe from this round of layoffs from what I can tell. Don't see it staying that way though. Has any heard it hitting the call centers (east or west)?

Walking on eggshells is about right where I am at; kinda like we are running out of money but the stock keeps rising, reminds me of Enron.
That is a pretty specific date June 21 2020, how is this date significant? I am not in the call center environment so I'm not aware.
One would hope not.Their literally the only ones who can fix anything on accounts.Hopefully after everything dies down,we will have people coming back.We are all walking on eggshells with increased workload,decreased work force.
Whether they are miraculously still here or not, June 21 2020 and beyond, is a different story. They will be as extinct as a pterodactyl.
