It may very well happen, but this article doesn’t seem relevant to Oxy’s solvency. Anadarko-Oxy was a customer of Diamond, and it’s no secret Oxy has cut capital to the bone. Diamond’s bankruptcy doesn’t make Oxy any more or less likely to go bankrupt.
