Culp states cuts to power are on the way because of the Coronavirus. I’m glad I accepted the call back after the last round. I contemplated returning kinda glad I did until now. If I am cut again I will not return to GE but that’s what I said the last round of layoffs.

Its time to completely close up Salem. The remaining folks feel the burn like the rest of us did. Bye bye Salem!!
Schenectady called a lot of their layoffs back and I was told nearly all of them said NO!! So Schenectady started hiring new. Not sure how many poor desperate souls went for it. I hope everybody is running low on pain, because there about to be plenty of it to go around.

Anybody who has scanned this site from time to time shouldn't be surprised. If you are shocked and nervous of what might come, then you haven't been paying attention. I'm sure there are many other things at work that you routinely don't pay attention to either. How did it come to this? This pandemic is appearing to be more of a purge of unhealthy and ill prepared businesses than it is for unhealthy and ill prepared humans.
So, what else is new?
They are coming, with shutdown canceled and our last meals being handed out a few weeks ago its only a matter of time. I too was skeptical of coming back and really regret doing so.
