The merger is a horrible idea, frankly.

It is a last-ditch effort by Hansen and cronies to recover from the massive Unlimited blunder.

McGraw is the best-off of the big three, by several miles. No need for the bad decision-making happening within Cengage to drag yet another company down.

This merger is not happening, folks...

It wasn't looking good before the crisis, but now we don't have enough cash on hand to even make it to the new proposed date. It's all going to be up to a bankruptcy court judge.
