Lol, seriously? There are numerous examples of auditors failing to spot fraud or material misstatements. Mattel and Luckin Coffee are two recent ones. Tesla is the Enron of auto manufacturers.

financial reporting is audited by multiple 3rd parties before it goes out, they're pretty solid from any company nowadays.
