The new vision is to hire contractors to go and run the jobs. Equipment will be leased to the contractor on a stage by stage charge. Maintenance will be 3rd party.

in a month there wont be 20 of anyone's fleets operating in the country. Service intensity will be zero for several months. Hal is going to have to figure out how to deal with that reality. this isnt a slow down its a stop.
