Altice was suppose to take over with FTTH, that lasted long they promoted the useless to roles they couldn’t excel in. Nobody's to run two separate companies. Now laying off 70% of the workforce please just sell Altice as a whole, Spectrum should buy it as the have managed to keep their employees working. Post where you are seeing layoffs lets together and let it be know where its happening and what they are saying

It’s not sinking, they had to let go of FTTH and QC teams that were useless. They found out that they were getting kickbacks from contractors with no work being completed hundreds of thousands of dollars it was costing Dexter jet fuel. QC teams should of caught this but apparently were not doing their job, surprisingly!

They wants numbers and not quality, corporate America has gone away from customer service, quality, they want their numbers too look good. Altice has no competition in most of its markets so they can do what they want. Sometimes some services is better than no services. Deal with it, it’s over, those let go will probably not get rehired for what you were making before it’s how companies work to save money.
I love the Union guys that think this imaginary force field will protect them for life. The guys at spectrum got drummed out and you will eventually have the same fate. You know deep down when that contract is done, things are going to be much different. Remember all the nonsense you talked on this board when Altice finally runs most of the Unions out. Just talk to some of those Spectrum techs that are doing so well. This job isn’t that difficult to learn and they can hire plenty of contractors to fill your workload.

ATS will become real Sub-Contractor and will be required to travel, with benefits to be cut for next year. Office staff with minimal employees will be AUSA. I can’t say where my sources come from but the are corporate words. Being a top employee I to am looking at my options else where. Good luck to all the were let go and those who are left

I still work here, 28 Years. SInce ATUSA bought Cablevision there hasn't been not one good thing that came that has come out of it for the employee. Name one? LIVING IT UP? Where the he'll have you been? They have taken away more form us every year with no appreciation. Yes I'm still here. The only reason is a paycheck. I don't have much longer, so that's the only reason i'm sticking it out.
I'm so sorry for you guys that got laid off. There 4 year no lay off plan expired and just used this as an excuse, so sad! The government should really look into what they are doing. I hope they get bought by Charter. Good luck guys.

California cut but one Office Director,all AUSA employees. Not sure on the ATS side yet but we are very think already with no leadership. Running wild come and go when we want. No one would run a business like this unless it was going away, we can only hope Were sold.
Not only techs have been let go but also analysts and coordinators.
What’s everyones opinion do you think they are selling or just want to eliminate the high paying employees and rehire cheap or go contractors which we know will fail
All of Long Island every dept has seen either Sups or techs let go. Rumor has it more are coming in June/July. They only want 50% of the workforce. Never trust a foreign company especially France they hate Americans.

9 techs in Bridgeport CT
NJ, a solid 10-15 techs I know including myself got the call yesterday and today. Reason stated was the virus.
Texas has system laying off employees due to tough time was the excuse. HR had no information as they called employees individually. Start looking else where for a job this is not a company you want to be part of.
