Phantom Stocks? LOL. We should have known we were getting laid off as soon as they implemented Phantom Stocks.
Far less than what I was promised. Even less than my severance paperwork guaranteed. Yes, I'm aware of my tax rate and that does not account for it.
It makes me wonder, if I got less than what I was promised in a written agreement to not sue, does that mean I'm not subject to the release of liability?
