How many oil trains you think we’ll ship with oil selling in the negative?

UNP reported $1.47 billion in 1st quarter profits (or $2.15/share). This is up from $1.93/share from the previous quarter, and beat $1.89/share forecast - despite decreasing overall volume. UNP delivered their best OR to date at 59%, within 4% of their stated goal.

Looks like an all-around success from where I'm sitting. I think I'll buy.

Overvalued and being pumped up by the company executives buying up stock to make it look like a good deal and everything is ok.......outside of Omaha in the real world it’s the exact opposite yards going empty for hours and carloadings are at 120+ if they are telling the truth on the numbers. Looking more like failure to be profitable in a dire times (PSR/United 2020 isn’t working). the crash in 2008 was bad but the carloadings then barely dipped below 130. Time will tell but I’d bet they cut and hack the employees by June.
