Can anyone explain what this weired job change for the SAs in ESD is about?
Looks like a layoff round/cost cutting initiative to me. Most of the ADs will be screwed without their former personal assistants I guess.

AD = account director
SA = solution architect
at lest in MFD/ESD those are/(were) official job titles.
What is SA and AD? I never heard these titles?
Why? They’re cutting heads. Heads will be cut everywhere from now until October. If you’re worried get out.
