Management was going to provide a chicken dinner for the employees today at Greenville plant and they run out of food before the employees can even get in the cafeteria. Wouldn't expect anything less from these people.

I think you knuckleheads should worry about other things than a chicken dinner. I will go to KFC.. LOL Instead of complaining … solve the issues. No matter what division you work at GE, you all seem to have the same attitude.. A lot of immaturity at GE... Quit trying to $uck the company and get to work...

wow all very wierd comments here .yes i work for ge aviation decent salary except got limited hours now that corona virus came around ,would of been better laid off (unemployment plus $600) but the guys raking it in are the executives , and these bums keep bringing in lean and six sigma , emmelt had all those and droove ge to the ground .
So GE workers can't leave because other employers know they are a worthless piece of $hit, so they stay at GE as a result. That's what you said. This helps us how? This makes us look better how? This says what about the rest of us? Am I to believe that only worthless pieces of $hit work at GE because nobody else will hire them? GE is the bottom of the barrel? Now we all know where the problem is within GE, it's us. We're all a one giant collective worthless piece of $hit. Those who have left because they were hired were obviously not worthless pieces of $hit and now we no longer have them working for us. That's an improvement right? It must be that everybody but you is a worthless piece of $hit. It makes no difference if there was any chicken or not. Your post is a true statement of the culture within GE and has more to do with our survival than a chicken dinner does.
Everyone got chicken lunch guys, all three shift and extras as well... such bs... if you all are true frustrated and done with GE then just leave, we would be so much better off with out you... oh wait you cant leave because no one will hire a useless piece of $hit like you hahahha

Why does GE waste so much money on Leadership Programs when the returns just aren't there? Too many sly, incompetent people get promoted from those LPs. LPs are a big part of why GE is such a toxic workplace. Good employees leave, bad LPs become "leaders".
Let the OMLP program run GE into the ground, $$$$ and brains. They need to get rid of that program and save ALOT of $$....funny how a college kid knows everything fresh out of the books,and GE allows this to continue.
