Got this stupid email about outplacement, after being -surprise-laidoff. Turns out they enlisted recruiters with no clue about outplacement as a practice, and no credentials... So, I'm thinking if this company's effort is as genuine as the amount they put in building the puffed-up fakeware I've seen, I'll end with an unprofessional resume and no job. So, I passed. I'll be on me.

You have way too high expectations. These are NOT pros! The name of their game is market the BS out of it (fake it till you make it). Rona blew the faking and now they're trying the impossible to keep it out of common knowledge
