Pet's Ahoy

I heard from a local rescue that all the animals from Pet's Ahoy in all the parks were not only sent back to the rescue, but the rescue was directed to adopt them out. They are gone.

SWSD got rid of their pets show over a year ago. I'd imagine the other parks would follow.

Joel Slaven’s Professional Animals is the 3rd party company that works with SWSA, SWO, BGT and BGW. I can’t speak for the other parks but I know BGW fostered out a lot of their animals. I am fostering one and she will go back if/when the park opens again and SW wants to pay for Joel Slaven’s contract. I heard through a friend of a friend the animals that were not able to be fostered were sent to one of Joel’s farms.

Not sure about Pets Ahoy but in SWSD Pets Rule ended last February and all the pets were adopted. I am pretty sure it was the same company. Their contract just wasn't renewed. I think it's Joel Slavin something or other.

The third party is adopting out a lot of the animals because they don't know how long this closure is going to continue. Their contact isn't getting paid because they aren't doing shows so the contractor is adopting out the animals to save money.

I’m sure they’ll all find a loving owner. Can’t say I have the same optimism for Seaworld. The current owner and his cronies seem to love $$$ and nothing else.

Pet's Ahoy is operated by a 3rd party. They aren't SeaWorlds animals.
