Well.. in typical Pembina fashion, cronyism runs the show within the cult. In my BU, many of these layoffs largely seem to be based on who is your drinking pal or how much of an a– kiss you are to management. Good people were let go today with wholly incompetent individuals now left to take their place and crash and burn. Pembina is a very slow sinking Titanic and everyone is now experiencing the ice cold water. How many times do the deck chairs get rearranged?

It was certainly a “lower tier” cut. No management and very little of the “leads”. Some very good performers went with some very poor performers left alone. First real cut Pembina has done so they were bound to be immature on its execution. A lot of Project guys that have long term asset knowledge were let go.
idk everyone in my bu were expecting it, the past year has not been nice to us
Unfortunately it all adds up. "Lower" experience and competence affects ..... overall performance. Some folks pretend they spend a lot of time doing something. Pretending is not doing......
