Im in a salary non-exempt position in aviation. And from the schedule I see. We are caught up in our work and a lot of due date jobs has been extended out. Plus there are a lot of spare parts in inventory as well. I think they are going to extend this furlough til end of july or lay off will happen

Haven’t heard any dates yet. I wouldn’t believe anything till you see it on paper, but with how business was going before the virus struck they were gonna lay people off, so don’t be surprised if there are layoffs.
When is this supposed to happen? Was told to report back to work May 4 and I’m wondering if it’ll be before that or after June when the majority of people come back.
Heard approx 20% of factory will be cut
20%, 5% salary, 15% labor.
