Company is doomed. Honeywell just announced furloughs, so when does this morally bankrupt company start as well? Leadership flat out lied to all of us about the future of this company.

Company has been using “essential” exception to continue operating. These c-appy products are far from essential
Guessing the Honeywell playbook will be followed: Furloughs, salary cuts, 401K matching will end.
Good employees are already leaving since 2019 bonuses were paid.

Honeywell, being mostly an aerospace company, is in a horrible business at the moment. Rezi is being hit because they are undercapitalized but their products should still sell in the current environment. Lots of people staying home looking for home improvement projects and worrying about home security per the looming the zombie apocalypse.
You know the senior leaders are HON bred and can't think any other way. Add in BCG and you just know furlough and layoff is coming.
Honeywell is also not having merit increases this year. Sure they will also do layoffs

Been hearing garbage like this since the company was started. I mean sooner or later you'll be correct as no company lasts forever but I feel and believe Resideo Inc has quite a few more years. If you don't like working there that much then quit. Most likely your co workers will thank you and the Resideo family will thank you.
Yes they did lie and continue to lie. There is no future and no hope here. Wait for this covid disaster to end and get out ASAP. They will blame their decline on covid but this started crashing way before that. If Honeywell started furloughs and they are in MUCH better shape than us what do you think is the plan for us? It’s not good. The id–ts at bcc are going around demanding 30 percent cuts across the board immediately. Good luck all.
