Just as we know and expect, we as employees, who have been wronged will lose. I have talked to leaders who say that UHG is now in the papers for being saviors! UHG is taking down barriers to prior autos and giving employees 2 weeks extra sick leave for PROVEN coronavirus. When I said, there’s not much testing in my area for that to prove it. I was told to take my PTO before too many did at one time after this is over. I should take it now! I have nothing to worry about, this company is being SO supportive of Coronavirus. Make sure you can be tested and proven for your coronavirus PTO, many places do not have enough tests so you are right to save your PTO, just in case. Shall we go on about how I’m now being told all our “global workers” don’t have internet access and cannot WFH so now we in the USA must pick up their slack after “global workers” took our jobs away? That’s for another post.

Update: Many have heard of how other major corporations are stepping up and hiring. Watch out America! These employees are told to go to work sick and if they are telling customers they are sick, these customers are offended. They call the police even. Stores are telling the customer to please leave the store! Why? Because, let’s keep on selling Corp America. Even if employees are sick, I was told, I have 2 weeks paid leave if I can PROVE I had coronavirus. If not, (tests are in short supply) I need to use my PTO. Then my manager tells me I better use my PTO b/c if I try to later when everyone else is, I won’t get it. Last I heard this was illegal, we get our PTO balances and can use them before the year end. DISGUSTED! Acting like you all care, and then you don’t b/c you want me to drain a fund (PTO balance) that may protect myself and my family from financial ruin.
