I guess people are complaining (Cummins) that they are being forced to work in unsafe conditions because they can't work from home but their bosses can. This virus has people scared and having companies play down the middle can get if not sick but their own family sick by being out and about at work where you can't control if those people are sick.

Cummins has proven by its mass firings (called layoffs....not so much) every 3-4 years that it cares nothing for any of its employees. Every employee is a "cost center" and can be replaced.
Of course it's a joke. So many of their workers are in the high risk group. Many are old, many have other things wrong with them (and it's not just old even young workers) from working in jobs that are inherently dangerous. You wait until one or two or more people come up with the virus in one of their facilities. They will have no choice but to shutdown.
It is a joke that Cummins is still forcing people to work when big part of its employees are in the high risk group.
