Curfews being set in Tampa and St.Pete. I know a lot of BS and back and forth between who’s the laziest group, but I really feel sorry for the field techs! This company is a complete F U operation! Upper management does not give a damn about us and it shows. Hell I’ve finally realized neither does the union. There are a few local managers who actually care about the techs but that’s few and far between. I know some have even made hand sanitizer and passed it out to techs. Just make sure you stay safe out there because this company is not worth risking your health over.

OMG. Mike showed up at my apartment today to check on me. Unbelievable. He checked my computer and I swear it seemed like he was sniffing my apartment for weed. Then he left and told me to watch my personal time. I was shocked. SMDH
Oh my god too......I just that it was Northern New York management was just the F' Ups management. Not a clue. Just pick up their paychecks & look for raises & bonuses. Place was completely run down from Middletown (Orange County, Dutchess County & northernward onward).
Sad....a wreck that once that had been something years ago. Too bad nothing that could have been saved via the Unions. Customers hate us.....reputation kaput.
Listen folks, Please forgive Mike for being a bit too overzealous. He is just frustrated because of the reports of reps working from home that are slurring their words and acting high. Nobody is saying that you can’t smoke some herb or drink some gin and juice, but do it AFTER your shift please. Keep working hard and we will get thru this together!
I wish a motherf*cker would tell me I had a curfew I would still do house visits to make sure WAH workers are doing their jobs! I don’t trust them. I have already had complaints from customers saying representatives sounded high or drunk. As a new supervisor I like to go above and beyond to catch this type of unprofessionalism. I walk in their house without a warrant and start to try and smell their breath and see if they have red eyes. I have been allowed to fire on the spot just like an on the spot card! BAM YOURE FIRED! Give me the PC now!

Techs are lazy and actually sleep in their vans instead of installing new service. I had a customer say she had a tech come to her house with an ere—. Techs ruined Frontier.
THE NOCS ARE DIRTY. THE FLOORS ARE CESSPOOLS OF FOOD AND SNOT AND VOMIT ETC. HR WOULD NOT PROVIDE CLEANING AGENTS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES. 5 LYSOL WIPE CONTAINERS FOR A 7 X 24 OPERATION. ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED ONE FREE LYSOL WIPE CONTAINER PER WEEK.
