Quit fighting one another

There are so many people on here who are so negative. It is getting old. Instead of talking about headquarters, hdc, subsidiaries, and field staff along with getting rid of all non-essential staff (whom some think they are), think about what some of that non-essential staff does. Who calls you to work, who makes sure you receive that check you need, who gets new customers so there are carloadings, who handles your training, who handles your benefits? Before you go out and talk c-ap on any and all employees, think about what everyone actually does. Wake up! We are all in this together!!

Management are in this for themselves they could care less about the people doing the physical labor...they been caught sitting on their offices sleeping and Lance thinks he has the best people as managers!!!

It doesnt take a genius or a Harvard graduate to understand a employees attitude is based on how there treated. Postive ideas = postive results Negative ideas = Negative results.
