Monday March 23, 2020 all sales reps and their managers were laid off as the result of shrinking profits resulting from the economic impact that the Coronavirus had on travel and timeshare sales. At least 70 sales kiosks were shuttered nationwide, hundreds if not thousands were left with no employment, including many of the call center employees.

Bluegreen has no regard for their staff whatsover. Your years of service, position or experience counts for nothing at this time. The corporate favourites axe the more experienced workforce, not necessarily older employees, and in so doing have kept staff on with less than a years experience in operations, over those with 10 years or more. Bottom line, the virus is being used as an opportunity to slash those people who have helped Bluegreen get this far. Afterall, customer being number one was our priority, and is not anymore. Now Bluegreen will get what they pay for, an inexperienced and undedicated workforce.
Most companies have a layoff policy which BlueGreen must have as they hire seasonal workers. Today somebody with a big fat paycheck decided to combine the downturn into an opportunity and reduce salaries. See you in court for constructive and wrongful dismissal, with some friends. therewere other options that you didn't even consider
