The deal is for every hour you work during the shutdown you get one hour of vacation. One hour worked for your regular pay plus one hour of vacation.
“We’ll note that the 50% reduction in U.S. MRO staff compares to the [Credit Suisse] aerospace forecast for a 70% reduction in [second quarter air traffic] and 45% reduction for 2020,” wrote Credit Suisse analyst John Walsh in a Monday research report. “We are still expecting relatively strong air traffic recovery on the other side of Covid. Despite the reductions, we think GE can still meet a “V” shaped recovery.”
