Everyone I’ve asked so far was exactly 30%. Did anyone get cut less? If not why not just say that?

I make less now than I did as a new hire all because VICKI had to prove to the world that she had balls just like every other male CEO. Well she failed. She is a miserable failure of a CEO and she should hand the reins back to Chazin IMMEDIATELY. Heck, I'd even take Ichan at this point.

My mistake on calling this fake news, I saw this before getting the email. The news seemed too ridiculous to be true and then there it was in black and white. A big F.U.
Uplift for LAPC folks working in the Permian equaled about 25% and has never been considered as part of their base salary and only described as "temporary". They are the only LAPC employees facing the 30% reduction as well. The CoC will not trigger for any LAPC according to what that email said. PTO never applied to the CoC either so Oxy can mess with that too, unless untold others have been able to leave because of that?
LAPC personnel here and will be talking to my attorney tomorrow morning; reduction in pay, 401k match, PWA, and PTO is significant. Van Go Len will stuff a Dillon up his arse
They want you to quit. Prices will turn and this virus will go and then run as fast as you can. Oxy is everything the troll says they are. If you get laid off congress just extended unemployment for 4 months, so you get 10 months.
Any LAPC peeps left will now trigger their COC. PTO and 4.9% cut in within the 1 year mark is the 2nd trigger that most needed. Good luck staffing the GOM with all of those leavers submitting as I type.

30% cut here and still in the same boat where LAPC counterparts were already making significantly more.
I make peanuts compared to some people but I received a 20 percent cut from 62k.

LAPC can't have 30% or any % cut on base pay until August, same for stocks and bonus. After that is open season assuming the company is still breathing with or without ventilators
Are you kidding me? 30% for anyone over 76K that is a lot. Does anyone know the time frame planned to pay a reduced salary to everyone ?

LOXY here who was already getting paid much less than LAPC (pro-tip: graduating in 2015 s—s for salaries). Got a fat 30% pay cut and now make the least I ever had. My LAPC coworker makes roughly double me now. So happy to have stuck with Oxy
