If a CEO is not competent enough to do the job, why to keep him and of get someone to help, instead of firing him? And it's not like APA is gigantic. Maybe a COO?

Co-CEO just look at Oracle....not anymore, Mark Hurd died from cancer, but there were 2 and it was less than 1
