The Union is worthless and all of is know it. It's extortion that we have money taken out of our paycheck every month to them. Someone I know laughed out loud when I told them how much we pay monthly. They said what do they do for you? I said not a damn thing.
Maybe I should be thankful because they got is a cost of living allowance increase of $16.50......!

They take in the dough, they cannot hide the numbers. They can absolutely afford to step up & provide compensation. Their coffers may need to be used for an emergency instead of political donations this time around.

Union is hiding right now. Still taking your $$. I did the math, they bring in roughly 4 MILLION a month from Puget Sound machinists. I think they could take care of us in this emergency situation.... but NOOOOO.....

I hear you and agree with you. However, the mayor of Everett didn't include Boeing in her shelter in place order. She didn't want to take responsibility for any economic impact that may result from shutting down Boeing. So technically until further notice, Boeing can remain open and jeopardize the lives of their employees. Im definitely voting against her next time. I'm also searching for another job
