I work for Textron Aviation. Right now we are on a 4week furlough. We have a date to come back to work but it could change. It's scary. They are doing Furloughs in hope to avoid a layoff, because planes are not selling right now. No one wants to buy a plane with flights being banned.

NOP grab opportunity using Covid-19 as an excuse. If they really cared it would be 4 weeks withing 4 weeks. Not 4 weeks over a 10 week period. Selfish company that has ZERO regard for employee well being.
