BH has lost more than half its stock valuation, is facing a massive decline in revenue, implementing spending blackouts, discounting chemical prices, and eliminating overtime for hourly upstream chemical employees. Absolutely there will be layoffs, and in significant numbers.

I don’t know, would you? I think you can expect layoffs. If you’re not a direct contributor to the revenue stream, then you’re probably on the list or will get close scrutiny.
