Boeing put the general population in danger and k–led 300+ people with the 737 max. Now Boeing is making its employees who unfortunately cannot work remotely report to factories, putting themselves and their family in danger. Boeing also is putting the future flying public at risk by making their employees report to factories. These employees Should not and can’t 100% focused on a Job with everything that is going on right now.Mistakes will happen and things will unfortunately be messed with airplanes you can do that.

I agree that it is hard to focus on the task at hand. The things going on in the world around us is a stark reminder of our mortality and what is coming for all. The stress and the fretting over the garbage at work seems absolutely ridiculous with all things considered. It would be nice for managers at Boeing to maybe say a word or two to their employees to at least recognize or even acknowledge that there is a lot of additional stress and anxiety with everything going. Not only the virus but the fact that Boeing is self-imploding. I feel like the “building is on fire” and my manager or others just sit there like nothing is going on at all. It is really bizarre. I wonder if Boeing trains managers to not care about their employees or well-being? Maybe it’s a legal issue? I don’t know, but it is sad. I for one am completely dismayed at how Boeing is handling this storm that is going on all around us. The stupid email that is sent out daily giving us updates on the status of confirmed cases, etc. I love the “deep cleaning” and “we only notify the people that could have been potentially exposed to some one with the virus”. It’s just another reminder of one-Boeing and go for zero. It’s a joke and their is no credibility for Boeing’s leadership. I applaud Nikki Haley (sp?) for stepping down from the board over the bailout. Finally someone with enough conviction and guts to stand up for what they believe.
