Hy-Vee has no vision, never has, but the one time they need to be a follower, they aren't.
c'mon give your employees who are risking there health and their families a raise like other grocery retailers, c'mon you know you won't come up with anything on your own.

Just finished the qtr and had MILLIONS of profit for the qtr. due to the pandemic. Employees might see a token of that if they r lucky,but dont hold your breath.
We are following everyone else. We just don’t do it correctly. A 10% bonus on hours worked is a joke. $1 an hour for most part time employees! Most places are giving $2 an hour or more. What do u think Randy Edekers bonus is? I bet it’s more than $2 an hour! This c-ap is laughable!
Agree 100 percent. Would be nice to see some support from the mother ship. All these sales are not from their doing. This is a windfall from a unfortunate situation.
