Apache cutting large amount of Midland personnel. 100 or so. Gone.

Midland DRILLING DEPARTMENT goodbye. Not much need for a drilling department with no rigs running, and no plans to stand any back up. In every bust I’ve seen come and go, the drilling dept is always the first to go. Followed closely by land.
Thanks David
@Below,
No, the two months of severance can serve as the 60 day notice period. Trust me man, or lady, before they do anything they run it by their lawyers. Lawsuits are so much more expensive than severance, which is why they are often settled regardless of how frivolous.
WARN website says the notice was filed the day after the layoff. Does that mean Apache failed to comply with the WARN law?
Find it right here:

Click on 2020 spreadsheet.
Where does one find this specific info?
85 per WARN notice.
