So will people in leadership roles be taking our jobs? if you step down by choice, you should be gone, if you are forced to step down, you should get a pay cut or be gone... Chances are you got your position by back stabbing or being a SNAKE. Stop saving FAVORITES. Its so OBVIOUS at this point its comical.

Worked there for 1 month short of 20 years and when I started out I loved it!! People that worked there were from big oil companies that were tired of being left out of decisions or just doing dirty work! I worked for another big oil company for 16 before so know what I’m talking about! Loved most of guys but bosses wanted yes people!!
