The politics in this company have become unbelievable!!! It is no longer about doing a great job!! It is about survival mode and kissing a**. There are a few good people left, but the only ones thriving are the yes people. When Keenan left, Apaches thought things would get better and there would some semblance of working together. Instead all what happened is Joker #2 (Vosburgh) and his little butt buddies have been able to spread the toxicity of San Antonio across the whole company. Something Keenan was never able to do!! They are doing away with people that have questioned them in the past. All while the CEO stands by and let’s this happen. The executives at this point are hoping for a huge buyout. But unfortunately, they are so egotistical that they wouldn’t know a good deal if slapped them in the face. A lot of good experienced people have been lost and almost all replaced by inexperienced people. With the soul purpose of not knowing what to question or push back on bad ideas. Ideas like Alpine High!! How did that work out? The same people minus Keenan are making the personal decisions. You can chop the head off a snake, but if you don’t remove it from the garden it can still k–l you. This Headless snake is k–ling Apache!!
I will end this on a positive note!! I did make some great friends at Apache that will be sorely missed. I was able to learn a lot from the experienced people.
