It was reported that a employee at The soundview building in the Bronx tested positive for the coronavirus so instead of quarantining or even telling us that they have tested their staff management has decided to relocate the soundview staff to the Bartow call center. Now they are exposing everyone at Bartow plus the Bartow call center is in a building where there are medical offices where senior citizens go in and out everyday. I can't believe they care so little about the staff and every person that can enter this building

This is ridiculous. To not even have the decency to reach out to employees. They do not even know who else is infected.
I’ve contacted my lawyer. He read the policy and said we should call out and tell them we are self isolating because of possible exposure. 3 weeks payed we will get. That’s what they are trying to avoid here.
Can anyone else confirm this?
The whole staff should have been tested, time for a lawyer
