Pay cut. Reduced income for all. Saves jobs.
But. Every company has the non-performers. Alaska ranks people 1 (low) to 5 (high). So cut the 1s. Those pepple are draining resources, wasting manager energy, HR energy, and bringing their teams down. We need high performers.
