Why Are We Open While There Is A Global Pandemic Sweeping Across The US?

Many other companies have closed their stores in an effort to protect both their employees and their customers. Are headphone sales really worth my health?

Shame on you Bose; Absolutely zero communication or plan for your retail employees regarding COVID-19.

This ship was poorly steered for a long time. I was there for years in R&D and the product decisions always baffled me. For example -forcing you to download an app to use the new headphones.
