1 week per year for D Canada.
Came here with the same question. I got laid off by ACN in 2008, and I got 2 weeks per year worked. I joined Deloitte in 2014, so, I'll probably be getting 10 weeks.
It’s not a large sum maybe 1-2 pay periods
I believe it’s 1 week severance per year of service with the firm
