The truth is, a fair share of this "downturn" is Sabre's inadequacy, especially in the tech industry. We've blew $x,000,000 for our transformation only to say "let's start over". As a company we can't stick to a decision for longer than it takes to go once through the SDLC Process, and I expect vast majority of that $ goes to Process. On top of that, the overhead of productive time to unproductive to bureaucracy is overwhelming, and it is finally blowing up in our faces.

Sabre 360 s—s! I hope the whole company goes belly up! They deserve it because of that sh—show they call Sabre 360! Talk about a travel agents worst nightmare! Hoping the exec that approved that decision has been fired!
There is an option that it will not plague Sabre for years but it shall end quite fast and deadly. The corpse of Sabre will be bought by Google and revived with a healthier company culture...
Let's not forget the inadequacy of hiring a volume of senior executives with little to no qualifications outside of carrying a piece of paper from a prestigious business school. They added nothing to the overall business beyond the stalling of much-needed technology investments and submission of over-padded expense reports from their first class, worldwide business travels.
The damage they have left behind will plague Sabre for years.
