With the new impending layoffs will Apache have to file a new WARN Notice with the State of Texas if they meet the WARN number requirements with this new round of layoffs?

So far they have only filed the one for the San Antonio layoff in 2020.
Also, $5 Apache is a WARNing all on its own.
