They got everything tools, mowers galore. Sears has zilch....(aside from some shoddy stuff)what happened?

Lowes does not carry half of the tools or Craftsman products Sears did.
Transformco is making 3-5% commission on each craftsman item flying out of Lowe’s for the next 8 years or so. Eddie is probably overjoyed that they’re branding everything as Craftsman. Lowe’s does $65 billion in sales, if they sell $10 billion worth of craftsman stuff he will net $300,000,000+ even if he has zero stores.
I wouldn't buy any Craftsman product without the strong name of Lowes supporting my warranty. Just cant trust Sears.
Sears gets a royalty from the Craftsman merchandise sold at Lowe's.

Lowe's can pay for the merchandise, Sears cannot. That simple.
I am not sure what you know, but surely you must not understand that this company is in the tail end of the longest running liquidation sale in retail history.The current owners plan is almost complete and it will be over. Some executives have done jail time for a lot less than what this guy has done. I suspect a certain judge may have had a hand in this scheme too...just sayin............
