Let's just call a spade a spade. The company has become a sh–ty place to work with horrific mismanagement and weak compensation.
Bonus this year isn't monetary. The bonus is getting to attend the behavioral soft skills class taught by the high paid consultant at the request of the CFO.

Got mine today and it was down. I was was given the “ improve processes and streamline things” to get ahead. No respect for doing your job here but if you create a ton of red tape and hoops to jump through you’ll move right on up!
