Heard Midland is getting hit today with layoffs/relo offers. Any truth to that?

What departments were not affected?
Once again, everything the execs have said about this reorg appears to have been to be false.
That you’d get around 2 weeks to make a decision to accept an offer? Nope.
That the time to relocate would be fluid? Not quite.
That only 15% or so would be affected or cut? Hardly.
That all departments and levels would be affected? Sure doesn’t look like it.
After today, one must wonder just who is running the show and what really is the desired end game here. The company is going to be a shell of what it was. A wounded, emanciated, directionless shell.
Who wants to be a part of that?
How many in Midland for let go? San Antonio office was about 100.
Sad we need new leadership.
Midland got hit today. They are paying the price of very poor leadership.
The bottom line is the top management and board has not only let down investors, but also the employees. Alpine High should have been called the Albatross. That name would have been far more accurate. Instead, great people that are not only talented, intelligent, and hard-working pay the price for the arrogance of the CEO and the impotence of the Board. It is disgraceful and I truly believe that some of these top people should resign in shame. What was once a great company has become a joke. Premier? I think not.
Latest updates to project asscovering expected today, board level trying to save themselves and failing the companies employees. If its a race to the bottom then we are Premier.
Guess we will see today?
From someone not at the company fishing for information.
Any updates to your post below?
Looks like it has started in Midland
Probably not today. There is still a lot of chatter going around. I bet they start with Houston first.
Managers said Thursday. Not sure where this Tuesday rumor originated
