So how many US employees have been laid off since Oct 2019? 6000? 7000?

Because of my age, it was required by law I receive a notice and in my work group and related work group there were nine people in differing levels cut

Blame the outdated WARN act for not including WAH folks.. we weren't nor are being counted!
The layoffs actually started in May 2019 - I was part of the July/Aug 2019 wave - I'm not sure there's any real way for anyone to find out what the 'true' numbers are - I have seen so many estimates such as 2-3% of total employees which would be about 6k to 10k and would love to know where @rfu+13ysCz2O heard 20,000-22,000
I've heard reports that between 20,000-22,000 people were laid off from October-January.
Excellent question. Ask it at the next town hall or better yet, post it on the Hub tomorrow.
